As part of the environmental theme our Kindergarten children have been learning about plants, recycling and keeping our planet clean.
We decided to start our own little gardens and each class planted some seeds. The children will be responsible for looking after them by watering and measuring their growth.
As a culmination of our theme, we are hugely looking forward to our first field trip next Thursday. We will be going to The Jungle Restaurant in Qurum where we will experience a rainforest setting and participate in a Pot-a-plant activity. We are excited to bring our young plants back to the classroom where we can learn to look after them and watch them grow and develop.
